Bloemendaal, 18 June 2025 - Loud Industry Publishing is proud to announce its official launch as an independent music publisher with a focus on the harder styles within the dance spectrum.

Founders Maarten van Driest and Bas Kaspers' musical roots lie largely in the 1990s. Back then, they were responsible for vinyl buying for dance specialty shops, organised parties together, and played as DJs in Amsterdam's underground scene. Maarten later pursued a career in the fashion industry, but also remained active in the scene as DJ Rossi with a penchant for harder styles, while Bas played key roles at various record labels and contributed to the development and careers of numerous artists.

"My passion for dance developed during the time when the Netherlands played an important role in the development and worldwide recognition of rave, techno, trance and (happy) hardcore, and later also hard house, hardstyle and EDM. The energy of these styles is unprecedented and still makes my music heart beat faster." says Bas Kaspers.

By joining forces, Maarten and Bas bring a balanced combination of genre-specific knowledge, creativity, and business acumen. Loud Industry aims to distinguish itself by providing tailor-made services and personal attention to their authors.

"We believe in the power of creative collaboration and the targeted realisation of goals," says Maarten. "Through our specialism, we position ourselves as the 'go-to' party for anyone who wants to develop in the (hard) dance scene, and that applies to both talented and experienced artists."
